For those areas not covered currently by our own distribution vehicles, we are able to send via overnight courier. Please contact us for a quote.
We have set delivery days for areas, these stay the same, subject to bank holidays. Delivery of goods other than on the relevant day is not possible.
Orders are to be placed before 3.00pm, no later than the day before the delivery is due.
- The goods shall be at risk of the buyer immediately delivery has taken place at the place named in the contract or invoice. If the goods are collected from the Company’s premises the risk shall, be transferred immediately the goods are loaded. The buyer shall insure and keep insured the goods against all risks to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company until the date that ownership of the goods passes to the buyer.
We cannot be held responsible for any aspect of the order not being delivered as a result of incorrect information being provided. You may be responsible for the cost of delivery and return of the goods in these circumstances.
- When delivery of the goods is made to the buyer’s address, the buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. All delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. The Company will not be liable in any way whatsoever if delivery times or dates are not met for whatever reason.
- Prices are subject to alteration by the Company without notice.
Confirmation of Order
You will always be sent confirmation of your full order details. If you do not receive confirmation within 5 hours please contact the office. Goods paid for by cheque will only be despatched once the cheque as cleared, unless a prior arrangement has been set up.
We accept Maestro, Delta, Visa, Solo and Mastercard.

In the unlikey event that your order does not arrive on the relevant delivery day – please contact the office 01386 554095 or email@example.com within 24 hours. We will investigate the reason and contact you within 24 hours. In these circumstances you can either cancel the order and we will refund amounts paid in full or rearrange for the delivery to be made on an alternative date.
Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Returns / Cancellations
If you wish to return product to us you should advise us of you intention to do so within 48 hours.
Returns should be made in their original, undamaged packaging, within 10 working days of your receiving the goods. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. Frozen product must be kept frozen, so appropriate transport to preserve the products condition otherwise no credit will be given. The delivery charge is non-refundable. Goods should be returned to Albion Meat Products Ltd – Unit 21 Aintree Road, Keytec 7 Business Park, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 2JN. Refunds will be given only in respect of goods returned that are not damaged.
We cannot accept cancellations on the day of delivery on frozen products.
This policy does not affect your statutory right.
